Are refunds allowed?

All ticket sales are final.  All of this infromation can be found in our Terms and Conditions which is presented prior to purchase.  Also, all 1-way and round-trip tickets are good for 1-year (365 days) from the date of purchase so if your travel plans change, you can do so at your leisure.
